16 October, 2026 Sonali Mane 904-SA-618-2022.docx P.C. :

Leave to amend granted. M/s M. P. Builders and Developer be added as Respondent No.2 in both the Appeals. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The learned counsel appearing for parties jointly submit that the parties have amicably resolved the disputes amongst them. The consent terms are signed by the Appellants and by constituted attorney of Respondent No.1, who happens to be the partner of Respondent No.2.

Signatories to the consent terms are personally present before the Court. I have interacted with them, and they admit their signatures on the consent terms as well as contents thereof. The consent terms are taken on record and marked “X” for identification in each of the Second Appeals.

The Second Appeals are disposed of in view of the consent terms.

In view of disposal of Second Appeals, nothing survive in the Interim Applications and the same stand disposed of. [SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.]
