I am not inclined to entertain the Petitions considering the fact that the reasons for rejection of nominations was communicated to the Page No.

Megha 911 & 912_wp_13936 & 13937_26 Petitioners on 4 September 2026. The Petitions are filed only after election program is declared on 1 October 2026. It also appears that the Petitioners have sought to acquire eligibility after receipt of rejection emails. Petitioners of Writ Petition No.13936 of 2026 have apparently cleared the arrears after receiving emails rejecting their nomination. Petitioner in Writ Petition No.13937 of 2026 is shown to have been co- opted as Managing Committee member after a finding that Petitioner was not a Managing Committee member.
Considering the above position, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned decisions.
