The learned counsel for the petitioner (secured creditor) informs this Court that the directions contained in the order dated 23rd September 2026 have been complied with and the petitioner has been put in possession of the secured asset on 8th October 2026.
2. We direct the petitioner to engage proper security agency for ensuring that the possession is lawfully retained.
3. The respondent No.3 is directed to take necessary steps at the earliest on the complaint dated 23rd June 2026 submitted by the petitioner with regard to trespass in the subject property.
