1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant has been in custody since 21 August 2020.
3. Having regard to the reasons ascribed in the application and the fact that the applicant has been in custody since the year 2020, the delay in preferring the appeal deserves to be condoned.
