1. Ms. Sanskruit Yagnik, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, has sought to dispose of the Petition in view of the prayers in the Writ Petition having been worked out by the Petitioner having been granted admission in B.Sc. Horticulture at Respondent No.3 College under the Other State Quota (OS Quota). The Petitioner has also paid registration fees as well as the admission fees to the Respondent No.3 College.

2. It is pertinent to note that, by an ad-interim Order dated 7th September 2026, this Court had directed Respondent No.2 State CET Cell

and Respondent No.3 College to reserve a seat in B.Sc. Horticulture at Respondent No.3 College for the Petitioner under the OS Quota. Therefore, on the Petitioner having been admitted in Respondent No.3 College, in the said B.Sc. Horticulture course, under the OS Quota, and the requisite registration as well as admission fees have been paid by the Petitioner, the Writ Petition has worked itself out.

3. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. [FIRDOSH P. POONIWALLA, J.] [R. I. CHAGLA, J.]
