1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant has been in custody since 24 July 2022.
3. Having regard to the reasons ascribed in the application and the fact that the applicant has been in custody since the year 2022, the delay in preferring the appeal deserves to be condoned.
