1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that an alternative remedy of filing a second revision before the State is available to the Petitioner against the impugned order. In view of the availability of the aforesaid alternative remedy, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition to enable the Petitioner to avail himself of the same.
