. P. C. On 15.10.2026, the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Contempt Petition No.71 of 2026 has passed an order and in paragraph no.4 it is observed that “we recall the order dated 01.09.2026, to the extent of initiating suo motu criminal contempt proceedings against the respondent no.5 and also waive the cost of Rs.5 lakhs imposed upon him. The registry shall release the amount to the respondent no.5 upon making necessary application. Further, the observations, if any, made by the Court in the aforesaid order having potential to construe as an aspersion on the petitioner stands removed. Rest of the order stands intact.”
