1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
2. The appellant and the respondent No.1/Insurance Company have filed Joint Pursis bearing stamp No. 07/2026, stating that they have amicably settled the dispute in terms of Pursis.
3. In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of Pursis. Decree be drawn accordingly.
4. The Registry of this Court is hereby directed to release the compensation amount in favour of appellant and the respondent No.1, in terms of the Joint Pursis.
5. The First Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
