2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submitted that the petitioner wants to amend the petition by bringing on record the subsequent communication, which would cause no prejudice to the other side and it would not change the nature of the proceedings also.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents objected for the same.
4. However, considering the fact that, in view of the subsequent communication, the petitioner wants to amend the petition and it would not change the nature of the proceedings also, we allow and dispose of the application.
5. The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended petition be placed on record.

6. Learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file reply to the amended petition.
