2. In the present matter, the notices were issued on 17.01.2023. Thereafter the petitioner never tried to get the matter circulated in last more than three and half years. In the meantime, the petition was dismissed against the respondent no.3 as the petitioner failed to take steps to serve the respondent no.3.
3. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
4. According, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
