1. In the appeal filed by the owner of the vehicle, there is a delay of 113 days caused in preferring the appeal. This Court in the appeal filed by the Insurance Company, has condoned the delay.
2. In the present matter, the parties have pointed out prima facie error committed by the learned Tribunal while deciding the quantum of compensation. Hence, considering the averments made in the application, the delay of 113 days is condoned.
3. The office is directed to register the present appeal and list the same along with the appeal filed by the Insurance Company.
