2. The applicant has filed this application for condonation of delay of 85 days caused in filing the second appeal. Because of ill-health of the applicant herself, her mother and daughter there is a delay of 85 days. Considering the reason given in the application, delay is condoned. 3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
