At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order passed in Writ Petition No.1963/2024 is not complied with, which may also give cause of action to file Contempt Petition. He therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as available in law.
Permission is granted.
The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
