1. The petitioners intend to rely on subsequent developments, which includes issuance of Government Resolution (G.R.) dated 11-2-2026. The respondents have not applied their mind to the said G.R. nor have they considered the grievance in terms of the same.
2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to make representation taking aid of the G.R. dated 11-2-2026. Permission granted.
