1. None appears for the applicant.
2. This Court vide order dated 06.10.2026, has passed the following order. “1. It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the wife of the applicant has taken the brief along with no-objection of the counsel, as she wanted to engage some another advocate.
2. Considering the above fact, this Court is inclined to wait for one week. In case, by the next date, none appears for the applicant, this Court will be constrained to dispose of the application.
3. List the matter on 13/10/2026.”
