1. The relief sought in the petition is to direct respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to relieve the petitioner from his present place of posting and permit him to join his transferred place of posting.
2. In response, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 (Zilla Parishad) submits that the petitioner has been relieved, therefore, the prayers made in the petition have been addressed, and nothing remains for further consideration.
