The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that since his client has not given instructions to him that at earlier point of time he has approached this Court by filing Criminal Application No.457/2026 and by order dated 29.04.2026, this Court after hearing the matter at length was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, therefore, the applicant has withdrawn said application, however, he has not disclosed the Rgd. 2026:BHC-NAG:13755
