2. A prayer is for directions to decide Scheme Application No. 02 of 2020 pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chandrapur, in a time bound period.
3. Since the aforesaid prayer can be made before the concerned Authority, we direct the petitioner to move appropriate application before the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chandrapur.
4. If such application is preferred by the petitioner, we expect learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chandrapur will take a positive call on the said application and decide the same by considering the pendency of the proceedings before it.
5. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
