After hearing the matter for quite some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, the learned Counsel appearing for him sought permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court after 8 months, in case the trial is not commenced.
2. Permission granted. Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
