1. By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 30.09.2026 passed by the Scrutiny Committee, Gondia. By amendment in Section 6(b), now the Appellate Authority as per the Government Resolution dated 10.08.2026, is the Divisional Commissioner. Therefore, the liberty is granted to the present petitioner to file an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner.
2. Till the petitioner approaches to the Divisional Commissioner, the respondent No.3 shall not take any coercive steps, if it is not taken till today.
