None appears for the petitioner. Prayer made in this petition is for issuance of writ of quo warranto against the Nagar Parishad, Kamptee, which is reproduced here :- “a. It is prayed that issue writ of QUO-WARRANTO against the Nagar Parishad of Kamptee who on which authority or order wants to remove the plaintiff’s shop without any intimation or notice.”
The prayer clause indicates that the present writ petition is not maintainable, as the action challenged by the petitioners pertains to the removal of the plaintiff’s shop by the authorities. The pleadings supporting the prayer clause, are missing in the petition.
Hence, the petition is dismissed.
