1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The issue is regarding carrying out the illegal construction. Since, the issue is still not taken to logical end by the respondent Nos.3 and 4, we direct them to treat the present public interest litigation as representation and decide the same in accordance with law, after hearing the affected parties, expeditiously.
