026. When this Court expressed its disinclination to enlarge the appellant–accused on bail in connection with Crime No.49/2025, registered at Police Station Goregaon, District Bhandara, on instructions, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.
02. Leave, as sought, is granted. The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
03. The trial of Special (POCSO) Case No.46/2025 is expedited. The learned Trial Court is directed not to grant unnecessary adjournments and to culminate the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today.
04. The professional fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for respondent No.2 shall be quantified and paid in accordance with the rules.
