2. Since the issue pertains to removal of encroachment, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, we direct that the present petition be treated as representation made by the petitioner. The same shall be decided by the respondent no.5-Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Gadchiroli, after hearing the affected parties, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce copy of petition as well as copy of this order before the respondent no.5 within a period of one week from today.
4. Decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision.
5. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
