1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
2. By the present application, the applicants/claimants pray for direction to the respondents/acquiring body to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions, made a statement that acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of compensation to the tune of Rs. 43,58,767/-, on 06/10/2026. The Section Officer (Nazir Section) has made an endorsement regarding the deposit of the said amount under C.C.D.R. No. R-03960 on 06/10/2026.
4. Since the appeal has already been decided on 17/12/2025 and the applicants/claimants have been held entitled to receive the enhanced amount of compensation, they are permitted to rkn
907caf3056.2026.odt withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body, along with accrued interest thereon, if any.
