1. The Application is for suspension of sentence.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant to some extent and we have also given due consideration to the entire evidence and observation of the judgment and shown our disinclination to entertain the Application for suspension of sentence, learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant not press the same with a request to list the Appeal for final disposal at the earliest.
