1. The application is filed for permission to withdraw the interim maintenance amount of Rs.50,000/- out of the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the applicant before this Court in pursuance to the order dated 13.07.2026.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The respondent/wife is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount of Rs.50,000/- out of the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the applicant/husband. The aforesaid amount shall be adjusted towards arrears of maintenance.

4. Both the learned counsels submit that the matter is likely to be settled amicably as this Court has appointed a mediator to mediate between the parties.
