At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in an application calling for the records of Special Civil Suit No.513/2005, though it is specifically mentioned that some documents which are not exhibited are required to be proved, details of such documents are not given. He therefore, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the said application afresh giving the details of the documents.
In that view of the matter, permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
