1. The applicant has filed the present applications seeking condonation of delay of 51 days in filing the application for restoration of the second appeal and for restoration of the second appeal itself.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been appointed to represent the applicant through legal aid. Earlier, the applicant was represented by a privately engaged counsel. As the office objections were not removed within the stipulated period, a conditional order came to be passed and the appeal was not registered. The learned counsel appointed through legal aid subsequently Kavita 2 / 2 10--CAO 1080-26 came to know about the dismissal of the appeal for non- removal of office objections, resulting in a delay of 51 days in seeking restoration.
3. Considering the reasons stated in the applications, the delay of 51 days is condoned. The Registry is directed to restore the second appeal to its original stage.
4. The civil applications stand disposed of accordingly. SECOND APPEAL ST. NO. 28556 OF 2025
