2. Shri Gaurav G. Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant, has approached this Court during vacation. In view of the fact that the applicant, during the pendency of the present application, has surrendered before the learned Trial Court, and hence, in view of the above, he seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal application.
3. The statement made, on instructions, is accepted. Permission is granted.
4. Accordingly, the criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
