Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that though the argument has been concluded but judgment is yet to be delivered by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 1st Court, Sadar, Paschim Medinipur in Title Suit No. 89 of 2012. From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that June 20, 2026 was fixed for delivery of judgment. This civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 1st Court, Sadar, Paschim Medinipur to dispose of Title Suit No. 89 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the receipt of a server copy of this order.
