1. Affidavit of service filed be taken on record.
2. The petitioner herein has prayed for expeditious disposal of the Reference Case pending before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata.
3. Admittedly there is no regular Presiding Officer at the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata and the Presiding Officer of Guwahati is in-charge. It appears that the reference case is of the year 2024.
4. Considering the fact that there is no regular Presiding Officer, no direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be allowed at this stage. In respect of the relief prayed for in prayer „c‟, the same not being in accordance with law is treated as “not pressed”.
5. The writ application stands disposed of.
