Learned advocate added that the petitioner has been arrested only on the basis of statement of a co-accused. State opposes the prayer for bail on the ground that there are eight antecedents of the present petitioner. The records reflect that in seven of the cases, the petitioner has been implicated only on the basis of statement of a co-accused and in one case there was recovery from the present petitioner.
