The order dated 29th July, 2026 rejecting the review application has been challenged in this civil revisional application. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence, only the order rejecting the review application has been challenged and the original order has not been challenged. He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw this civil revision application with liberty to file afresh. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 3450 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh challenging the orders in accordance with law. The learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner is permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a photostat copy thereto.
