of dated 25.12.2021 under sections 302/392/411/201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Injamam Hasan @ Arman Sk.

……Petitioner.

Mr. Manojit Singh, Sr. Adv.

Mr. Biswajit Mal

Mr. Arkaprabho Roy

……for the Petitioner.

Mr. Rajendra Banerjee, APP

Ms. Tanusree Kar

….for the State.

I have taken into account the arguments advanced by both the parties so far as the present petitioner is concerned, petitioner is the owner of a truck who was involved and from whom there has been incriminating recoveries. Case involves murder of two persons. The offence is a heinous offence. Even though the petitioner is in custody for about 4 years 11 months, the complicity of the petitioner primarily from the materials submitted by the prosecution is above board. Only on the ground of Article 21 of the Constitution of India I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

As such, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 1498 of 2026 is dismissed.

Learned Trial Court would expedite the trial and complete rest of the witnesses within a period of 6 months from next date fixed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
