1. It has brought to the notice of this Court that the satisfaction of the learned trial court had wrongly been recorded as “learned Additional Sessions Judge, CJM, Krishnagar, Nadia”. It shall be “CJM, Krishnagar, Nadia order dated 12th October, 2026.
2. Let the same be incorporated in the said order. The department shall carry out the correction in the said order. The other portion of the order shall remain unaltered.
