1. Materials in the case diary establish requirement of immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioners.
2. Petitioners obtained gold loan on the basis of spurious gold placed as security. Petitioners therefore defrauded the loan granting agency.
3. In such circumstances, I am unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
