Intermediate quantity of narcotics was seized from the house belonging to the petitioner. Constructive possession of the petitioner with regard to such seized contraband cannot be overlooked. A case for grant of anticipatory bail does not stand made out. In such circumstances, I am not minded to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. The application being C.R.M. (A) 3473 of 2026 stands dismissed.
