1. This is the second petition for anticipatory bail. The first prayer was rejected on January 19, 2023.
2. There is no material change in circumstances in favour of the petitioner subsequent to earlier rejection.
3. In such circumstances, I am unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
