The petitioner is in custody for two years six months; there is no recovery from the present petitioner. Although, the total recovery in the present case is 1 kg of morphine. Having regard to the quantum of seizure in the present case and the State pointing out that there are two criminal antecedents of the present petitioner which are under the provisions of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. State is directed to complete rest of the witnesses within a period of six months from the next date fixed.
