…For the State

Police filed charge sheet in respect of a police case on March 15, 2025. The police case is with regard to murder. Apparently, the murder is brutal in nature. Petitioner stands implicated in such incident on the basis of the materials as appearing in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner, I am unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. The application being C.R.M. (A) 3460 of 2026 stands dismissed.
