1. Inadvertently typographical error crept in order dated 08.10.2026. In the reference paragraph it was erroneously recorded as “An application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Section 483 of the Bharitiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Berhamporea P.S. Case No.1400 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 Sections 103(1) of the Bharitiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023”, shall be read as “An Application for Bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 arising out of `M.P. Ghora Police Station Case No. 370 of 2012 dated 11.10.2012 under Sections 302/34/120B of the IPC and read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.”.
2. Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 08.10.2026. Other portion of the order shall remain the same.
3. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
4. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
