Petitioner stands implicated in harbouring Government property illegally. Investigations are in progress. Enlarging of the petitioner on anticipatory bail is likely to affect the quality of the investigations. In such circumstances, I am not minded to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. The application being C.R.M. (A) 3357 of 2026 stands dismissed.
