The report of the police authorities reflects that there are two criminal cases against the present petitioner being Hili PS Case No. 263 of 2025 and Hili PS Case No. 259 of 2025. The said information is suppressed in the bail application. Having considered the proposition laid down in the judgment of [Zeba Khan –v- State of U.P. & Ors. {Criminal Appeal No. 825 of 2026, arising out of SLP (Crl) No. 12669 of 2025], I am not inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner as material facts have not been placed before this court. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.
