1. Present matter has been listed at the instance of the department. It has been pointed out that in the cause title of the order dated 7th October, 2026, “WPA 13071 of 2023” has inadvertently been typed as “WPA 13071 of 2021”.
2. In the order dated 7th October, 2026, let the case number be read as “WPA 13071 of 2023” in place of “WPA 13071 of 2021”.
3. Remaining contents of the order dated 7th October, 2026 shall remain unaltered.
4. This order shall be read along with the order dated 7th October, 2026.
