The petitioner prays for modification of the conditions of bail to the extent of leaving the district of Hooghly. The earlier order of bail dated 06.10.2026 directed the petitioner not to leave the district of Hooghly without informing the learned trial court in seisin of the trial/case. The petitioner now intends to stay at Purba Bardhaman. Accordingly the petitioner would be entitled to stay at the address within the jurisdiction of Purba Bardhaman. The learned trial court would be notified regarding his place of residence and other particulars which the learned trial court requires as also the mobile number. So far as the
2 other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered. With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
