1. The District Inspector of Learned advocate representing the school submits, upon instruction that, there was a mistake on the part of the Teacher-in- Charge of the school at the time of forwarding the letter to the District Inspector of Schools praying for releasing pension and family pension in favour of the petitioners. Due to inadvertence, it was mentioned that the matter relates to sanction of pre-1981 pension case.

2 the documents for releasing the benefits in favour of the petitioners to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. On receipt of all documents from the school authority, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad shall take steps for sanction of the dues in accordance with law.

5. If the respondent authority requires any further documents from the petitioners, the same shall be intimated to the petitioners.

6. If the prayer of the petitioners is allowed, then steps shall be taken to forward the file to the DPPG for issuance of PPO. The District Inspector of Schools shall ensure that the arrear dues are positively released within a period of four months from the date of receipt of all documents from the School.
