1. This is an application filed by the petitioners for recalling the order dated 05.01.2024 passed in C.R.R. 106 of 2017 of this Court.
2. After hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners this court is of view that no modification / alternation of this order passed in C.R.R. 106 of 2017 dated 05.01.2024 is necessary.
3. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 3 of 2025 stands dismissed without any order as to costs.
