1. Without going into the merits of the instant case and minute points of challenge as to the impugned order, i.e., dated 1st August, 2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas in Misc. Case No. 39 of 2018 in connection with MAT Suit No. 111 of 2016, let the instant revision be disposed of, in view of the fact that, challenging the order as above the opposite party has already preferred a review application before the learned Additional District Judge, which is pending.

2. Hence, the learned Court is requested to give adequate opportunities to both the parties and pass an order as to the review application of the present opposite party, now pending before it, within a period of four weeks from the date of reopening of the Court, after the ensuing Puja Vacation.

3. The instant revisional application is disposed of with the directions as above.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
